that's why whatever the Bloodline does now is just slop. we were given not only a story arch with sami but most importantly with jey uso, the only one who broke away from the family because of the constant disrespect at the hands of roman, and got a whole singles run that PROVED jey uso does not need roman.

we all have opinions on jey but one thing no one can deny is that he proved that he doesnt need to be no one's lackey and can achieve greatness by himself. which is why this revive of the bloodline is so dumb because all it really took was roman win the title back.

it makes jey and jimmy look shallow and small.

whatever theyre doing now is just nonsensical. kayfabe wise, jey uso should be nowhere near roman and, by default, neither would jimmy. but of course the build since 2020, the break in 2023 and roman ultimately losing the title to cody at mania 40 now means zero, nada, nothing.
