@UbigiOfficial I requested refund for the eSIM. I submitted my request via chatbot and customer service more than 24hours ago, but still haven’t heard anything back. Chatbot told me they would reply within 12 hours but I’ve been waiting much more. Please proceed my refund as soon as possible.

@JeffBezos@ajassy Amazon Canada sent my package to the wrong address but they don’t accept my refund request but do their “investigation” for the next 72 hours. It is definitely clear that they shipped items to the wrong address as the picture is different from my door .
Social media team and customer support did not help me anything but keep my money on their hand instead of refunding. It is absolutely unacceptable. I haven’t receive anything but they sent a package to the wrong home.

@amazonca@AmazonHelp I ordered products from https://t.co/7maOvvyK7f but the items were sent to the wrong address. The delivering photo was completely different from the door of my address. Need to get refund immediately. Customer support didn’t solve this issue.
