@AmericanAir part2.Boarded half the plane only to realize you don’t have enough flight attendants (info NOTgiven by aa staff but person on plane who texted friend waiting to board.) No apologies, no vouchers offered. I’ll now be missing a day of income due to this delay.

@AmericanAir we ran to make our flight in CLT bc we had a 30 min layover but we’re now 4hours delayed &counting. Then told we’re boarding & to do so quickly only now to hold boarding. I expect compensation for this delay as well as any work missed due to this debacle.
