@TheCoopLive are an absolute joke!! Paid extra for backstage pass which included early entry at 5pm! Arrived at 3pm to queue. 18:18 we’re still outside! They said the ticket scanners were broken! Other doors got let in at 5pm!! They are refusing to give a refund! @TheSun
