Just had an awful experience with @Barclays bank in Liverpool city centre. My mum is 78 and doesn’t do online banking and the customer care from this bank for older people is appalling. As you can guess she will be moving her business to @AskNationwide

@BarclaysUKHelp We visited the branch to print a statement from last year to show some of the funeral costs for Dads funeral. We were sent away to ring customer service line and told to do online banking! We have been able to print statements up until fairly recently in branch.
