Ito ang panawagan ni Isabela Gov. Rodolfo Albano III kaugnay ng parating na Bagyong #UwanPH na pinangangambahan ding maging isang super typhoon.

Sa pinakabagong abiso ng PAG-ASA, posibleng mag-landfall ang bagyo sa southern portion ng Isabela o northern portion ng Aurora sa Linggo, Nov. 9.

"Wala naman tayong magagawa kasi talagang papunta 'yang bagyong 'yan, wala namang makakahinto d'yan kundi ang Diyos," saad ni Albano.

"Hindi puwedeng [we will] build a Noah's ark there, parang isasakay ko lahat," dagdag pa niya.
