@LydiardsWay There's a clock in the kitchen...have a peep at it when you set off and check what time it is when you get back from your well trodden runs...simples!
Hill Street Blues premiered OTD in 1981.
One of the most influential TV shows of all time, Hill Street Blues changed television forever, its DNA can be found in nearly every great drama produced in the 40-plus years since it debuted. It also has one of the greatest themes ever.

@TonyBarden and I were honoured to be received by The Shearmanator for lunch today at his winter retreat - Denbies Vineyard in actual Surrey. Not inner-city, riot-famed Croydon, where he has his summer palace. Happy New Year, @AthleticsImages 🍷
In his latest YouTube video, 2022 1500m World champion Jake Wightman shares a ton of context around the injury that knocked him out of the Olympics.
He reveals that in his final workout (one week out from race day in Paris), he was doing a 4 x 400m with six minutes rest. He went 48, 49, 50 and then felt his hamstring go with 200m left in the final rep but finished in 50s. Initially, he thought it was a cramp but it turned out to be a tear in his hamstring tendon.
Wasn't able to run for seven or eight weeks after. 2024 season over.
Now, he's back to training. Slated to race a 1500m at the New Balance Indoor Grand Prix in Boston on Feb. 2.
