@BootsUK just waited 2hrs 15 minutes in store for a repeat prescription to be made up, it was issued on 16th may, was not asked for the patients address or any ID even though the prescription included morphine! Anyone with patience could have taken my mum's prescription🤬

Absolutely disgusted with @TeamKnowhowUK my disabled parents wash machine went wrong nearly 2 months ago. 4 engineers later it's still not working, the man yesterday did nothing then marked it as repaired. This is not good enough.

@greateranglia stuck in the middle of nowhere after being dropped off at the train station to find that the train is cancelled yet again. No bus replacement so now have to wait in the cold for an hour for the next train.
