Got some good swings in last night and this afternoon. Last night I worked on staying through the ball and not pulling off. Most of my recent misses have been under the ball so today we worked on letting my torso drive the path of my barrel instead of my hands.  So excited for this weekend in St. Charles! @SilverHawkSball @Coach_McNulty @CoachThijs @CoachHarbecke87

Had a good lesson on Monday with my hitting coach after I struggled with some rise balls this past weekend. We really focused on my body positioning and setting myself up to adjust to any pitch in the zone. This was a very important lesson for me to learn and I can’t wait to continue working on it! @SilverHawkSball @Coach_McNulty @CoachThijs @CoachHarbecke87

So proud of my team for finishing top 16 of 161 teams this weekend at the Great Lakes Firecracker! I struggled to find rhythm in pool but adjusted and went 0.417 AVG, 1.533 OPS, 2 HR in bracket play.
