@NatalyaOba I think this is a Covid era hang over. People were willing to help establishments operate during COVID. But, that’s been done for over four years yet the service charge remains? Total BS. Raise prices to what covers your overhead and let people tip the server accordingly. 2/2

@NatalyaOba Understand your perspective. All three of my adult children have been professional wait staff. My question is what’s the logic behind “the service charge”? Most people can’t grasp an 18-20% service charge that the server doesn’t receive any portion of. Then what’s it for?! 1/2
