Creating is not something you do when inspiration shows up. It's something you do so you don't lose your mind. It's how the soul processes what happens to it.

When you stop creating you start carrying everything you haven't processed. The thoughts stay there. The emotions stay there. The weight stays there, and eventually, it becomes heavy.

Creating is how we make sense of our lives. It's how we transform confusion into understanding, pain into meaning, and experience into something we can carry.

The problem is that most people have been taught to see creation as a hobby rather than a necessity, but I think many of us feel the difference when we go too long without it.

Something starts to build up inside. And sooner or later, it asks to come out.
