They look into your eyes, nods or smiles. It's as if you feel the whole world and you feel something magical and spiritual spread throughout your body from your chest. That is the gift that awaits you. A gift more than physical. The gift God give to His angels of the sick persons

It's not the money. IT'S DEFINITELY NOT THE MONEY. HAHAHAHA. It's something deeper. It's more that just emotion. It's a fulfilling feeling within your soul. When a patient or their relative approaches you and you form a connection too hard to explain in words.....

I am proud and happy that I have chosen the path of a nurse. So to those who are just about to enter this path don't give up, don't loose hope, don't feel as if there's nothing for you here. At the end of the road a wonderful gift awaits you....

At the end of the day you would not be able to think about the fatigue and the work you've done but what would come into your mind is the wellbeing of your patient, the smiles and the appreciative glances. The lightness you feel despite all the work you've done is heart warming.

And I was bouncing on my steps as I make the hospital a mall with all my "gala" without the shopping. Hahaha.

Today I was able to appreciate this wonderful gift. This wonderful calling. Despite the fatigue that 9 patients have brought me I felt as if I was on air. Maybe I was running on adrenaline but the fact remains that the day seemed to have passed by so fast.....
