Every year as the last school bell rings, experts take to X to act like the SBC has to make a decision to save its future. If it doesn’t do this thing, it will abandoned its historic identity and face apostasy. Then the leaves fall and football returns as king.
@ferrismattic@FeelsGuy2003 Honest question. I know there are many good honest Roman Catholic historians out there. I have a hard time seeing how this is possible given their church’s ecclesiology. We're just two weeks away from a fantastic little conference on atonement. Adam Johnson & @JeremyTreat5 headline a 2-day event w/12 breakout papers (@CWoznicki, @DZRishmawy, Ross Hastings, etc) & much conversation. Check it out & consider attending. Extra cheap for students.
