@GenZMultifamily As someone from Europe, Netherlands to be exact this seems like a steal (2300 sqft is about 210 M2). However... How does a 400,000 mortgage there equal to 3,000 USD/month? Are mortgages there shorter term? We have 30 year mortgages as "standard" here.

@birdabo I'd start with all the manufacturer installed bloat. Anything that isn't essential (for example control software) goes imo. Then you can see if any of the control tools are useful and decide to keep or delete. Having a clean Windows install can also help but it's more work.
