I just had a total emotional breakdown because it just hit me that I will be able to actually buy and wear Red Wings gear now after losing 100lbs😭
@DetroitRedWings
If anyone needs me today please just don’t.
I’ll be busy listening to @zachlanebryan’s new release Pink Skies and crying like a baby all day.
Okay bye.
😭😭😭😭
My opinion on the situation:
1. Perron deserves a hearing/suspension - no matter the circumstance, that’s a dangerous hit.
2. Joseph deserves a player safety hearing too - CLEARLY a hit to Larkin’s head/neck.
3. That does not mean the situations are the same and deserve the same punishment, but both should be addressed.
This shot telks a tale, doesn't it? Larks is already unconscious here, BECAUSE HE TOOK A STICK TO THE BACK OF HIS HEAD WITH ENOUGH FORCE TO STRIKE HIM UNDER HIS HELMET.
Look, what Perron did was WRONG. But it was only a matter of time before someone on this team saw red. (1/2)
100% absolute negligence by Joseph.
Slowed down and rewind
He purposely, purposely goes for the back of the neck of Larkin.
There’s no if’s or buts about it
Just look at the action
#LGRW
Matheiu Joseph has:
-hit Larkin from behind in his first game back after a season ending neck injury
-crosschecked Larkin in the head, knocking him out
There have been two major penalties assessed. And both were to Detroit on these plays
