I believe there is no such program to "clean" the registry. Symantec is lame after you delete their anti-virus apps, registry is left with fossils of deleted app, pointers to non existent paths,etc

It's cool how scammers have generated every error code and Windows message physically possible and spammed Google with it telling you to download their registry cleaner
