I recently started a Substack, "Pittsburgh's Green and Gray," to collect/share information, photos, and stories about the city's parks, playgrounds, trails, and greenways. Along with my mis.steps account on IG, this is where I'll be most active. :-) https://t.co/ufofHQQwwi

We're returning to a steep dumpsite on the hillside of Gershon St. We last hit this place in May, but plant growth was making it too difficult to spot trash. It's now fall & the trash is reappearing!
The Catalano Parklet in Spring Garden is a block from the Arcola Way city steps. In my walks around Pittsburgh over the last 7 years, I’ve traveled past and through many parks but paid little attention to them. That, my friends, is about to change! https://t.co/OjHMu9AcrF
If you missed Saturday's Step Trek, don't fret! The two walking routes (Black and Gold, of course) are available online: https://t.co/RfR5pHYdVD
And don't forget, the Fineview Step Challenge happens on Sat. Oct 12. Get the details at https://t.co/y9S2hO4B4p See you there!
