Hoi @kfcnederland gisteren hebben wij na veel te lang weer eens heerlijk genoten. Helaas bleek bij thuiskomst er van alles te ontbreken (3 dingen) . Geprobeerd te bellen maar het restaurant in kwestie nam de telefoon niet op. Wat is de beste manier om dit op te lossen?
@azuresupport#azhelp: the MS Graph api call related to retrieving secure scores does not provide information after December 10th. This is for all of the tenants we provide security monitoring for, and is not limited to a single tenant. Please provide adequate support.
@MicrosoftHelpt Yes, and hey claimed we don't have a support contract and closed the case. They didn't even bother to read the actual problem, which isn't related to us but to a ms graph api call not returning data for every single customer which tenant we monitor...
@telecomlux @DropboxBusiness@HelloSign@DropboxSupport @hellosignhelps Fair point! They for weird reasons blocked my account and therefore I've lost access to my data. No response and no help, @DropboxSupport is really bad at support.

@LisaBalmes@DropboxSupport Yes, they are absolutely horror in their response. We lost 800 GB of data. Some stuff we have local, but the majority is in online only mode which they promoted. @DropboxSupport is an absolute horror
@caudera_marco@Dropbox I have the same problem. @DropboxSupport doesn't respond and I've got no access to my account. Paying $20 a month for nothing now...
