Dear @amazonIN Please show your exchange policy to the users correctly.Becoz at the time of exchange you are accepting any old phone but it is not mentioned that the old phone must support the amazon app. Delivery agent will verify it.Most of older iphone doesn't support app now

@AmazonHelp This is not the solution.I did the full payment on 7th October. I waited for it eagerly for 17 days to recieve this product and just because of your poor customer support and wrong information it got cancelled.

@AmazonHelp Senior customer support person was rude and simply saying we can't deliver even if you call 100 times.He didn't understand the problem.
