@JoeNic55nn@Iberia Sorry I think that’s the case it’s been going on for 8 days for us now. They failed to transfer our luggage to our connecting Iberia flight so knew where things were as told me on day. Since then they seem to have lost our stuff, found it again, lost it again etc.
@Iberia come on you must have an update on our luggage by now you told me via email and text on 31st July you’d found it and would be in a flight the next day - I know it wasn’t but surely you know where it is MIAIB66560. Is there a ransom I need to pay to get it released?
@Iberia 8 days no luggage at all no help utterly ruined wedding anniversary and holiday with the kids and all you can say is wait for more useless texts
@Iberia The only answer@iberia can give to any question. We kindly ask you to wait for a SMS or email with the confirmation the bag has been located and the delivery process has been initiated.
@Iberia to anyone who is reading this feed please beware of the @tomsupervisor handle its fake and a scam. Iberia won’t post this message so I’m having to do their customer service for them - just been scammed stupidly thinking they were helping me, should have know better
@Iberia I accept that, why say you are doing something, then not do it but don’t own up to it. Tell me they didn’t make it into the plane and when they will, not wait for a text message . What use it that when the last one was a lie
@Breenie79@Enzo85359490@Iberia I’ve pretty much given up hope of getting ours back we have another 15 nights, so much for a dream holiday thanks @Iberia
@Iberia just never use this airline they lost all our bags keep fobbing me off saying they are on the next flight but then they aren’t again today they can’t tell me if the bags were actually put on the flight they told me they were on yesterday so basically day 4 with nothing
@Breenie79@Enzo85359490@Iberia So sorry to hear you are having issues. We have moved to Orlando now from Miami, day 5 still no luggage at all for the 4 of us so had to buy quite a bit now just to get by. Iberia message located our luggage and would be on a flight to Miami 2nd Aug, guess what another lie
@Iberia Yes I understand that but you knew instantly it wasn’t on the flight out but it’s now now 14 hours after that flight landed so surely you know if all the bags were on the plane or still at Madrid, I can’t understand why this is taking so long compared to the first scenario
