Hello @WeAreOpenreach please can you let me know why the majority of my rural village of Wicken hasn't had working fibre since last Thursday? A major outage hasn't been recognised and ISPs saying estimated fix 28th November! It's unacceptable- poor mobile coverage so no back up
@WeAreOpenreach Hi, the provider is being worse than useless on updates other than it's Openreach's problem, which as you can understand, is really unhelpful. Please can you find out what the actual problem is we're facing?

@VodafoneUK Hi, yes we are and I sent a DM.....no reply. Service is unusable. We really need help; we aren't getting anywhere with telephone helpdesk. This SIM is our only way of getting broadband for work.
Hello @VodafoneUK is there an issue in CB7 please? We have unlimited max 4g mobile broadband, signal strength has dropped dramatically over the last week and finally tanked today to 0.5 Mbps. :-( #sendhelp
