@maximum_chips @p1ayerone I think what’s breaking is the capitalisation. Can you update the text you have in system prefs to exactly match what’s in Word?
@maximum_chips @p1ayerone And so you should hopefully end up with the system settings looking like this screenshot, and opening up the Edit menu in Word should look like the second screenshot with command V showing next to the one I have highlighted
(3/3)
@maximum_chips @p1ayerone - Add a new one, choose Microsoft Word instead of All Applications, and then "Paste and Match Formatting" and set it to command-v
- Add another one, choose Microsoft Word again, and then "Paste" and set it to something else
Also I think this is all case sensitive (2/...)
@PeteDillon You can disable alerts for for all items found following you, so not quite a whitelist but maybe the next best thing?

@DeanSherwood @bleedsixcolors Thinking through the Face ID approach: what about older devices? Falling back to the device passcode sounds reasonable… but on a shared iPad surely some kids know the passcode? It’s tough!
@DeanSherwood @bleedsixcolors Oh it’s totally a solvable problem, but I imagine the effort, complexity and potential downsides could easily cause them to not prioritise the feature.
