I know this is petty, but when I get bad customer service from a company, I will periodically search for specific products that they offer so they end up wasting a lot of money on me for paid advertising.
@SemiSophrosyne If you're looking for a serious answer, my recommendation is to frame the question as a "How might we...". It puts people in a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
