@pizzahut - placed an order via the app. App took money. But said something went wrong. Called store and they said they can’t do anything about it. Who will reimburse me?
@ukappliances @Switchtobetter - waited 1 hour and 15 mins and today over an hour! Just to be put on hold and not be able to speak to anyone!! Furthermore I’ve been charged almost £80 in call charges!!! Yet haven’t been able to speak to anyone.
#customerservices - I wouldn’t recommend anyone but anything from @ukappliances shocking customer services!!! @Switchtobetter can’t even get them to call him and arrange a replacement for a damaged item!!!
