i’ve been living in this city for 22 years. i pay taxes here, and i pay vehicle fees to the city council. every decision the city council makes affects me just like it affects male’ residents. but i’m still forced to vote for an island council i haven’t even set foot in for 9 years.

vehicle inspections should be based on the condition of the vehicle, not its age. if it’s well maintained and safe to drive, why force people to replace it just because it’s 20 years old? this only means taking out another loan every 20 years.
what's the logic behind the 20 year cap on vehicles? gondu not full enough with vehicle scrap? sheesha, alia, litus, etc not making enough money these days?
