@aliciagracecb @Jaguar Having a very similar nightmare experience. Been treated so badly by Jaguar. F-Pace could have killed me when the power steering failed suddenly. Only 4 years old. New steering rack needed apparently if you find that credible. No courtesy car. Left in limbo for weeks.

@Jaguar cars been off the road since 27th December. Steering rack away on the F-Pace (I'm sure you're fully aware of this common issue) and replacement rack is on back order with no ETA. No replacement car offered, can't trade the car in, can't sell the car. Carless with 2 kids!
