The police conclusion that Min Hee-jin is NOT GUILTY of breach of duty directly undermines HYBE’s entire justification for:

1. Unilaterally terminating the Shareholders’ Agreement, and

2. Removing her as CEO of ADOR.

So what does this mean, exactly?

HYBE’s justification for terminating the shareholders’ agreement and pushing Min Hee-jin out hinged on the allegation of breach of duty, that she was supposedly plotting a management takeover. That accusation has now been formally investigated and dismissed as baseless by law enforcement.

This severely discredits HYBE’s narrative and actions.

With the court already siding with her in the injunction case and now the police clearing her of any criminal breach, Min Hee-jin is on solid ground to:

- Argue that her removal was unjustified
- Possibly demand reinstatement ??
- Strongly challenge the termination of the Shareholders’ Agreement

This could set the stage for a legal counteroffensive, especially if she chooses to seek damages or push for full independence of ADOR under a new structure.

HYBE practically destroyed a working relationship with Min Hee-jin and her reputation based on falsehoods. Now that the legal system has debunked their accusations, they may face repercussions both in court and in public perception. And Min Hee-jin, once portrayed by HYBE as disloyal and deceptive, now stands vindicated… a creative leader wrongfully accused, with every right to fight back.
