In 2011, tvdsb EAs started at $20.26. In 11 years they've received a $1.79 increase to $22.05!!! Minimum wage in 2011 was $10.25. Today, it's $15.50. So EAs went up 8.8% and minimum wage went up 51.2%. Add this to the explosion in violence and here we are! #cupe #onted

@TheKyleFehr Please give a concrete example of this in an Ontario classroom. I presume you’re familiar with the mandated curriculum provided by the provincial government? Or is this just a flag issue because you’d like us to “both sides” our LGBTQ students?
