So here are my 2 cents on the Emission Testing Services ETS being done in Lahore. This is highly inefficient on so many levels

8. The testing was not conducted on 21st June on account of summer solstice, it was open on the week for the 16th of June week and is open 23rd June as well. Do you have any idea??? The days preceding and succeeding are just minutes and, in some cases, just a few seconds shorter.
