An alternative view on human relationships - where everyone is both egoistic and means well. And you are responsible for everything that happens in your life.
@KenKovacs@jungianLaura In the next 20 years expect dramatic changes in human rights - revolutions, wars, possibly a dissolution of authoritarian powers/monarchies. Expect advancement in space exploration, technological revolution, air and radio regulations. Transformation of tax and banking systems.
@austinkleon Talking about PTSD allows one to reconcile with the trauma by re-living it publicly and getting enough attention to it. It's less nuanced
I lived though a couple of PTDs - each one of them made me more nuanced, and less controversial.
Controversy works better for public attention
@paulg@Noahpinion It's neither phones, nor apps. It's inadequate psychological and mental stability to meet with phones and apps. Which is a generational trauma highlighted by appearance of phones and apps.
Invest into mental health and you will prepare next generations for what's coming.
@GOP_U@katherinemzhou Oh no, you took it wrong way. I was asking for her reasons to continue, since I suspect she has a freedom to choose where to live. I myself live outside of my birthplace and experiencing some discomforts. Was gathering information to help me understand myself better, get insights
@Pinterest Hi, I have contacted your customer support regarding some random language applied to my profile 4 times. And the issue is not solved yet and my tickets keep being closed. How can I be actually helped?
@s0ap0peraqueen@katherinemzhou No, I don't.
I myself lived and travelled more than 30 countries in my life and currently living in one outside of my birthplace.
I was curious of her personal reasons to stay, since her experience is frankly unpleasant.
I would like to give away some books, pickup in HK only. Slightly dated but great books to get the hang of different basics, concepts, or dive deeper.
Otherwise thankful for tips on where to donate.
@jjacobs22 It's called grief.
Should have different stages.
Lasts about 2 years in normal circumstances.
Doesn't really matter if you are grieving a job, a partner, a family member, a loss of hope, or else. Always kind of the same and can't be escaped.
