@danny_funaro I used to work for a radiology practice and whenever something was normal in a scan they were looking at the Radiologists would say it was "unremarkable" and frankly i don't need that kind of negativity in my life.

@Meadbymead 2 options- put your pouring olive oil in a sprayer (not store bought spray can) works a lot better and its pure oil. Alternatively, avocado oil is great. Lower calorie overall- again, still recommend sprayer for that.
