So that ends stage 1 of my 6th Ofsted (4 as teacher, 1 as a governor and now PGCE). It's not over yet (next stage in the Autumn) but hearing the feedback today made me so proud to be part of a great team (SECS staff, trainees and all mentors/school staff that support them)
