So this is how Hermes have delivered my order at the incorrect address, and no one even signed or received it. Was banking on it being returned to sender but guess not. Absolute joke. @SuperdrugHelp @superdrug

@SuperdrugHelp @superdrug so pissed off with this company's online customer service. After following all the instructions given, my package still ends up at the wrong address. Clearly no communication between them and the courier. So disappointed. I want my money back.
