A lot has changed since I first shared the Agentic Developer Handbook.

Over the past weeks, @m_celayir and I have continued building the project together, and we’ve now completed Milestones 9, 10, 11, and 12, along with several improvements across the repository.

The project is steadily moving beyond its initial foundation.

What started as a practical handbook around AI-assisted development is evolving into a broader resource for understanding how agentic software engineering can actually be designed, structured, and implemented.

With the latest milestones, we’ve continued strengthening the project around:

• clearer agentic development patterns
• more structured workflows and examples
• stronger foundations for orchestration and multi-agent systems
• better consistency, navigation, and overall usability
• a more practical path from concepts to real implementations
The milestone numbers themselves are not the important part.
What matters is that the repository is becoming closer to what we originally wanted it to be:
A practical, open-source handbook that developers can use to understand, build, and experiment with agentic systems.
And we’re still just getting started.

The next phase will go deeper into orchestration, multi-agent collaboration, production-oriented patterns, and more complete real-world examples.
