Obviously not renewing my subscription but can’t cancel the upcoming months until it runs out in December. Wasting my time and money on this company @barkbox

For the 2nd month in a row and 3rd in less than a year, my @barkbox did NOT show up when it was said to be delivered. Useless customer service told me I’d definitely get it this month and it would have extra toys in it since they wouldn’t offer a refund, and it’s not here again!

They didn’t reply to my emails for days last month. Only did after I emailed several times. Refused to give me a refund or send a new box. Their only solution was to tell me this months would be “doubled.” Missed out on the theme I wanted last month too.
