Nvidia used this method for their GPUs to reduce issues and get to market more quickly.

@__tinygrad__ Hi, I have space in Cheyenne, WY that can support up to .8 megawatts now and can accommodate a shipping container-sized unit, and up to 100G of redundant fiber (fiber in place, only using a few gig now).

Wyoming has <20% humidity, so it is easy to shed heat.

Adding some context:
Before the biblical flood, the uncovered land mass was recorded as a singular piece (“earth”), during the flood, it was recorded that the water above the earth (the windows of heaven) were opened (broken) and it began to rain for 45 days. The fountains of the deep (read lava) were also broken open - leading to the conclusion the earth was struck by something that could break the windows of heaven (water shield), and the fountains of the deep (something big hit the singular earth form), causing massive breaking up into the crust and releasing the “fountains”.

The resulting after flood world is speculated to be pretty barren and two recordings after the flood, languages appear to break the newly growing population up into groups and force separation based on newly formed languages, then caused people to spread back out to the various parts of the singular earth. Then a bit later in the genealogies, someone got named “Divided” (Peleg), because during his life the singular “earth” broke into pieces and began to float apart.

Now you have some people who are scarred, walking to the various parts of the earth (still all connected) and creating stories about a flood account and also wanting to avoid any sort of flood again.

Next, as the continents floated apart (cracked at impact zones, or continental lines), they caused weather changes and this lead to massive weather (think 2012 movie), massive freeze up in the poles, and a reduction of surficial water, leading to the continents settling onto volcanic ridges formed at the ocean bottom. Just like a soft pancake settling into a sharp object (volcanic underwater ridge), the sharp object protruded through and viola! You have sea shells at the top of “mountains”, which are just underwater volcanic ridges (look at Google maps and see the ridges extending continent long and beyond the continents also. Also look at impact sites and placement near continental lines).

So yes, based on a biblical flood account, many traumatized people probably looked for the highest ground to avoid the next flood they thought might be coming soon.

@SpencerHakimian While I can appreciate the showmanship of the meeting in regard to drama, I am of a certainty it was to draw the response it did from Zelensky and to bring out the dirt happening in Ukraine.

It is obvious that Zelensky and his wife have run the attention circuit in the EU.
