@myMTN I don't appreciate the way the insurance is dealing with my claims. I pay my insurance every month without any excuses..however, when its time for you @admyntec @MTNza to do what you're paid for its an issue.
@MTNza My device was accidentally damaged on the 24th July 2025. I lodged a claim on the 25th July, however my device is still not fixed, nor have I received a new device replacement. Mind you, i have an all risks insurance with You! I regret ensuring with @MTNza @Admyntec.
