@chilternrailway So how will I know if I am delayed or not then if there is no timetable in place? That option will take minimum 90 mins total vs the normal 50 mins. Can I make my way to Aylesbury and get a train via High Wycombe with ticket acceptance?
@chilternrailway I have a monthly season ticket Stoke Mandeville to Marylebone. Not too thrilled by the idea of getting a bus then the tube from Amersham. Is there compensation or a refund option for the days where the normal service is not running?
@chilternrailway Can you tell me the bus times from SKM between 6am and 7am tmrw and the expected time of arrival to Baker St so I will know if it's delayed and I can claim for 15 min+ delay
@chilternrailway My ticket is also valid if I just walk it to London but I pay you guys for a frequent service that takes approx 50 mins to get there. The bus and tube option will take longer in less comfort, yet you keep all the money I paid. How is that fair?
@chilternrailway I have a flexi ticket valid until 21 Dec and was going to use it today. The app says it has expired. Is that correct? I thought I could use it on the last day of its valid period.
@chilternrailway Don't apologise, just let me through the barrier at AYS at 13:00 rather than making me catch a train there and wait an hour. Why would you not do that in these circumstances? Surely ticket acceptance or something comes into play.
@chilternrailway I have a flexi season ticket Stoke Mandeville to Marylebone. App suggests I go via Aylesbury which includes a long wait at Aylesbury to connect. Can I make my own way to Aylesbury and will my ticket be valid for travel?
@chilternrailway But I've already purchased a SKM to MYB ticket a few weeks ago. Why should I double pay as you decided to stop running a service. So I could get the 11:52 SKM to AYS, wait 1 hour 4 mins at AYS, then 13:00 to MYB total 2hr24? Can I not just make my own way to AYS at 13:00?
@chilternrailway Ok but can I cycle to Aylesbury and will staff let me through the barrier if I show them my activated season pass SKM to MYB? If I catch a train from SKM to AYS I have to wait around 50 mins in AYS
@JustEatUK Really poor experience with your customer service. 4 items in my order were wrong. Link to send photo didn't work. Email bounced back. By the time I noticed it was over 24 hours so now refusing my refund. Completely unfair. Penny pinching. Last time I use JustEat
@chilternrailway I have a flexi ticket with 6 passes remaining expiring 17th March (have been ill). How do I claim a refund please? On the contact us page under ticket type the flexi season ticket isn't listed
@chilternrailway The website won't let me buy the ticket though. If I select Aylesbury as the collection point the Continue button is then enabled. Do I actually have to go to AYS to download the ticket to my smartcard? As I say I bought 2 previously without having to do this.
@chilternrailway Trying to buy a flexi season ticket SKM to MYB - under collect tickets it says sorry your departure station is not available for smartcard fulfilment. The first 2 flexi tickets I bought online and used the ticket machine at SKM. Is it out of action?
@chilternrailway Sorry just to clarify, this is the 8 pass flexi season ticket I have. For SKM to MYB vending machine can't activate, no barrier, no staff and my phone couldn't this morning (worked last week though). Is a ticket inspector going to take issue? Does activate once I tap at MYB
@chilternrailway My phone couldn't activate smart ticket pass this morning using the NFC ticketing. Pass activated when I got to barriers in MYB. What happens if I'm stopped by a ticket inspector en route to MYB? Any plans for a smart ticket reader to be installed in SKM?
@chilternrailway I travel before staff arrive and the ticket vending machine didn't work - I was advised here previously it can't activate smart card passes. Perhaps it would be easy to add this feature to the vending machine?
@chilternrailway I'm looking to buy a flexi ticket Stoke Mandeville to Marylebone, I have my smart card. It says I'll need to activate the day pass on day of travel. No barriers at Stoke Mandeville so please can you confirm where I tap the card to activate? Thanks
@chilternrailway Ok no problem. What are the steps on the app please to say I'm, using one of the passes? I'm assuming I need to do this and can't rely on it activating at MYB each day - guessing a ticket inspector wouldn't like that!
@chilternrailway Not sure I've done this correctly. On SKM vending machine I selected Smartcard and presented it which said I'd collected my ticket. At barriers in Marylebone it let me through. Under my journey history in the app it's blank. Is that normal? Did I miss a step at Stoke Mandeville?
