Parties to a conflict must take all possible measures to search for, collect, and evacuate the dead, regardless of who they are, and have a responsibility to make every effort to identify them.
Families should know the fate & whereabouts of their loved ones.
📍Gaza
While humanitarian aid is entering #Gaza, needs remain vast. It’s not just about getting assistance across the border; it’s about ensuring it reaches those who need it most.

📍Gaza | It is unacceptable for a health facility like Nasser Medical Complex to be damaged in a strike and for medical personnel, journalists, patients & first responders to be killed and injured.
Medical facilities, civilians, journalists & first responders must be protected.
The medical network in Gaza has been devastated and what remains is severely stretched thin and must be protected. Essential medical supplies are needed and the people in Gaza should be protected from the hostilities that have been intensifying recently.
The International Committee of the Red Cross is deeply alarmed by the intensifying hostilities in Gaza City and Jabaliya, which have reportedly caused dozens of deaths and injuries among civilians over the past 36 hours.
