@BrianLenzkes I needed a c-spine MRI for months of neck pain. Insurance wouldn’t approve it without 6 weeks documented PT. Paid $250 out of pocket cash to get it. Was in the OR the next day for emergent spine surgery. Got a letter from insurance months later saying the MRI had been approved.
