@johngreen I’m also a 5. I found out a few years ago that “visualize” wasn’t metaphorical and it blew my mind. It does explain a lot though. I started asking people if they could “see” things in their mind and literally everyone I’ve asked can.
@chrissyteigen Homemade chicken and noodles! There are members of our family who would be happy if that was all we had. Although that would be the answer for all holidays not just thanksgiving.
@literaticat My dad started getting text telling him how horrible the democratic candidate was. His response was along the line of “they sound great thanks for letting me know I feel much better about voting for the democrat candidate now”. They stopped texting him. 😂
The vaccine was developed and authorized under a Republican Administration, and it’s been distributed and administered under a Democratic one.
The vaccines are safe, they are highly effective, and there’s nothing political about them.
@altonbrown Tomatoes, the heartburn after is almost unbearable. In middle school when my mom was gone for the weekend I ate almost nothing but tomato’s. Now I basically never can eat them unless they are yellow or cooked.
@sylvangreeneyes@hankgreen I got my 2nd a couple weeks ago and completely agree with this! I got both of mine before my 93 year old granny has had one, we live in different states, but still. She’s 93!
I don't know the Jesus some have paraded and waved around in the middle of this treachery today. They may be acting in the name of some other Jesus but that's not Jesus of the Gospels.
Dear United States Government,
We’re exhausted out here.
Could you please get some grown ups together from both sides of the aisle and actually do something for the mental health and well-being of your citizens?
Yup. They actually help protect you, the wearer, from getting a potentially fatal disease. There are other reasons to wear them -- big ones -- but let's focus on #1 for a minute. https://t.co/juRjYrNIEr
Van, thank you for expressing the sorrow and relief that we all feel. My hope is that those who hoped for a different outcome will take a moment to empathize with the pain so many of us have felt over the past four years.
@largefathers The worst part of St. Louis is those dang overpasses. I once almost had I mental breakdown driving across them in construction. The only thing that kept me going was the potential embarrassment of blocking traffic. My car should not be above full grown trees!
The reason why America isn’t recovering from COVID-19 as quickly as other countries is because we are a country that values individualism over collectivism. Nobody here wants to do anything that is a minor inconvenience to them in order to protect their neighbors.
