What you should know about Outlier and its effect if you’re based in the UK. This has been over simplified, and is not finacial advice, do your own research. You have a personal tax allowance of £12,570 from HMRC to reduce your expected taxes each tax year. This allowance is applied to your primary job and based on your salary band determines your tax code which tells how much tax you’ll need to pay. Extra income like outlier could change your tax code. That 50/50 you’re sharing from outlier still places the burden of tax on you, if your tax code goes up, you pay more tax and your take home pay will reduce. If you’re sponsored, your employer will be notified of this tax code change and that’s how your employer would know you’re working an extra job. It’s like how people complain about how extra shifts feel like extra sharp money until HMRC waits for you in front to collect their major share. You may outsource the outlier work to people who have the time to help you with it if you’d like, (Outlier it self is not illegal, it’s freelance work and you’re expected to file your self-assessment to HMRC), you however need to understand the finacial and immigration implications it could have on you based on your type of work and visa. Check your visa terms on work restrictions you may have. I have had many people, even friends try to pressure-bomb me into entering into such arrangements, and I have declined because for me, it’s an unnecessary complication I can’t be bothered with. Do not allow yourself be pressured or guilt-tripped into hastily getting into it, take a pause and review your legal standing to first understand if you can afford the extra complications associated with it.

You cannot make this up” I was able to find her ethnicity was black and there are a bunch of these “fraud influencers” that are being exposed, many share the same ethnicity

I don’t think his looks are the point. He’s rich, powerful, and can offer a luxurious lifestyle. That’s what attracts most of the women not necessarily the man himself. They’re chasing what comes with being with him as much as they’re chasing him.
