@MarkusMannheim I hate it, but most of my employer's glossy brochures, CVs and proposals are created in PowerPoint and PDFed. Much easier to copy a slide from one ppt to another and keep or migrate styles. Word can slot chunks of text/content in, but it's harder for pages/layouts. 🤷🏻‍♂️

@MarkusMannheim I think it's come from the decline of Microsoft Publisher - PowerPoint has a similar focus on page layout and graphic design vs text composition.
The decline started when they realised you could make 'portrait' slides. 🙄

A Toyota Yaris has higher tyre pressure than a Mitsubishi Challenger.
