@BulbUK Ollie, your company needs to sort itself out. You are sending me letters threatening to send bailiffs over because I owe you 35 pounds, when I log into my account I'm 102 pds in credit!!! Get the left hand talking to the right please and stop this nonsense!!

@BulbUK Hi Ollie your company owes me money and I am being stonewalled by customer services. They've said the operations team rejected the refund and are looking at it but have no ETA and are not willing to provide a contact in that team so I can find out what is happening. Please advise
