@JioCare This is not a intermittent issue, it has started from a month ago. The usership has increased, but with limited bandwidth especially during the demand hours the network speeds hardly cross 20kbps.

Dear @reliancejio,
Despite numerous customer complaints no action has been taken. Network speeds don't go above 20kbps and even whatsapp msgs are not being sent despite have full network strength. This happens at peak hours (7 PM to 1 AM).

@JioCare This slow internet issue is same all the 4 active Jio users in my family, so there is no issue with the device.
I have been using this troubleshooting option, when the speeds are down, even the speed test fails to load.
