@MorningLiveSABC@OfficialSASSA@letsatsi01 Good morning Sakina, my son is a full time tertiary student, who is not receiving any form of financial help, the money going into his account is for the private accommodation and school necessities. Declined bcooz of alternative source of income. How unfair that is.
@OfficialSASSA@The_DSD@nda_rsa@GovernmentZA How can tertiary students who don't receive NSFAS, and only receive pocket money and accommodation money from their parents be said to be having a source of income. Can't it be verified that they are full-time students.
As much as not all public servants worked during the Covid 19 height in SA, what about those health workers who held the country high in the fight against the pandemic? Many lost their lives for what really, a verbal thank you!! Let the judgment be challenged
The Labour Appeal Court has dismissed an application from public sector servants unions challenging government's renegement on a three-year wage deal.| @Fin24

@TelkomZA I installed fibre on 11/11 20 and I'm still waiting for the promised username and password, I went to the shop and was informed that it takes 24 - 48 hours to activate. I find this unacceptable as I tried contacting 10210 and 10213 but couldn't be help. Please help!!
That's exactly what it says, I have also being charged for material I send back at own expense, Study material sent to me after I cancelled and I had to pay to return it. Now I'm being told refund can take up to 6months. What if I was the 1 owing Unisa????
@UnisaTwiter @m_thando1 Iβm sorry but this is not true. It clearly states on the Unisa website that should you wish to cancel your registrations within 10 calendar days of your registration being activated, you may apply for a full refund in line with Unisaβs cooling off period.
@UnisaTwiter Once again give me name of contact person I can speak to I don't want to be communicating with a machine again. I can't be sending my confidential information to a machine. So am I also being charged for the study material that I returned?
Cancelled Registration on 30 January 2020 still waiting for my refund, have four automated responses please give working direct contact for refunds, not the machine. I need the money to pay for my tuition elsewhere.
@UnisaTwiter I cancelled the registration within 10 days of registering, completed the relevant form DSAR02, I returned study material received via post net, parcel was received by EK Mashego 03/03 20. First Case no on 30/01/20 is 20031NX03203. I paid R3565. Now due to me is R560 clarify
@UnisaTwiter I have send 4 emails to [email protected] and have automated responses with references, that is why I was requesting for a direct contact person I can communicate with. The refund due is R3565.00, all the required refund paperwork was send 30/01/20.
