u guys have made it a habit of not refunding money of prepaid orders. Either u don't deliver item or u don't refund amt. This habit of using Custmer's money 4 month is a typ of loot. ur executve says, "rest assured, it will be procesed in 2 day". Which 2 days?

Took an intercity ride today. Expected fare at the start of ride was 3590/-, but at the end of the ride you charged approx 4600/-. Isn't it a loot? i shouldn't have used uber intercity. You charge randomly. If you are charging for extra time that it because of fuel.
