MP for Turkana Central where Frame 1 is taken voted Yes to the Finance Bill 2024 so that House in Frame 2 can be renovated for Kshs 660 million only.

When residents chased him away from the Constuency, he claimed his constituents were sponsored by NGOs to do so.

His Brain is the NGO because he refused to represent his people.
