Hi. Just so ya know I did some research - have a lawyer daughter.
New Trick is an Apple-commissioned advertising project, there are contractual limits on how Rosé can independently promote it—what she can post, what platforms she can use, how the Apple branding has to appear, whether TikTok content needs approval, exclusivity provisions, campaign windows, usage rights, etc.
So she's probably doing all she can legally do.
Be honest, what part of the song gets you every time? Mine is the bridge. The way her vocals build there and then blend so perfectly with the production gives me chills every time. I could replay that part alone over and over.
She doesn’t promote an album or an upcoming EP, she promotes a phone. But it's great to see her doing something different, having fun in a more joyful world. Her voice is gorgeous and there's some interesting prod and harmony work. Very promising for the (real) next chapter
.@charts_rose it's time to focus on rosé and rosé only don't you think so ?
and let's leave that jentard chart acc barking on their own. they're still not over the fact that EP flopped everywhere and jen is charting only bcz of two western artists.
people on tiktok are defending rosie from those comparisons to olivia or avril (not a bad thing but antis try to make it seem like that) and defending her from ageist comments too. rosie ur so loved
In just 2 days, ROSÉ’s “new trick” (28.5M) is now the 3rd most viewed music video by a female Korean soloist in 2026 on YouTube, surpassing JENNIE’s 2 month old “Less than a Lover”.
