送信できない Outlook MCP を作りました。Mail.Send の権限を要求していません。

dry_run や件数上限が守るのは誤操作です。プロンプトインジェクションは守りません。攻撃者の指示は「正しい操作」として実行されます。

機能をあえて設けない安全設計を考えました。

Node 22 には SQLite が同梱されています。node:sqlite、フラグ不要。

Cloudflare Workers で動かしていた MCP サーバをローカルでも動くようにしたとき、実行時の追加依存はゼロで済みました。

ツール定義は 1 箇所のまま。差し替えたのはデータソースだけです。

MCP のツールで列名を引数に取るとき、プレースホルダは使えません。

bind(column) では値として扱われるので、SQL に文字列として埋めることになります。

引数を組み立てるのは人間ではなくモデルです。allowlist で照合しています。

Cloudflare Workers の CPU 制限、ドキュメントは Free で 10ms と書いています。

D1 から 100 万行を取って Worker のループで合計しても、落ちませんでした。純粋な計算なら 1.5 億回まで通り、2 億回で 1102。

2 桁以上ゆるい。理由は不明です。

Cloudflare の MCP に OAuth を載せるとき、公式デモを写すと durable_objects と migrations と nodejs_compat が付いてきます。

3 つとも要りませんでした。McpAgent の都合です。

authContext も渡さなくていい。ctx.props は自動で拾われます。

Cloudflare Workers の 10ms 制限、あれは CPU 時間であって経過時間ではありません。HTTP の duration は公式に "No limit"。

つまり D1 の応答を待っている時間は数えられない。

集計を SQL に押し出すのは速いからではなく、課金単位が CPU 時間だからでした。

Cloudflare Workers に MCP サーバを建てました。テンプレートを使わず手で組んだら、5 回ぶつかりました。

うち 3 つは「一見成功しているのに壊れている」やつです。

ビルドが通る。デプロイが成功と言う。検証ツールが数字を返す。全部あてになりませんでした。
